PROJECT MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare project objectives and targets, and prepare execution plans for the implementation of civil and infra works from project initiation, planning and commissioning of projects and handover, to operations until close out.
- Produce and submit the field development plans for management and clients’ approval, and monitor until approval.
- Produce and control the basis of construction and civil work.
- Establish and lead the Project Management Team.
- Monitor the contract including the quality, schedule, cost and change for development of project and civil works.
- Provide professional measures for technical and contractual matters.
Key requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years work experience in civil and infra works with exposure of 10 years in Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Development activities including planning, work from concept, field development plan and tender.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of civil and structure work from project initiation and planning, to commissioning and handover.
- Interaction with clients, consultants, suppliers and government agencies.
- Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
- Provide professional measures for technical matters.
- Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractors and make timely instructions.
- Summarize project progress and review project schedule.
Key requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Geotechnical) or equivalent and have knowledge on Civil Engineering Basic Design.
- Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- For Senior Project Engineer: At least 6 years working experience.
- For Project Engineer: At least 3 years working experience in the civil / structural / infrastructure / geotechnical works. Knowledge in pipe jacking, pipe bursting and cured in place pipe is an added advantage.
- Experience in using Microsoft Project / Primavera software.
- Candidates registered with IEM is an added advantage.
HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING (HDD) PROJECT ENGINEER
Key responsibilities:

- Interaction with clients, consultants, suppliers and government agencies.
- Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
- Provide professional measures for technical matters.
- Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractors and make timely instructions.
- Summarize project progress and review project schedule.
Key requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant field experience in HDD and project planning.
- Fluency in English including report writing.
- Computer literate including MS Project and AUTOCAD.
MICROTUNNELLING ENGINEER / MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of microtunnelling work from project initiation and planning, to commissioning and handover.
- Interaction with clients, consultants, suppliers and government agencies.
- Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
- Provide professional measures for technical matters.
- Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractors and make timely instructions.
- Summarize project progress and review project schedule.
Key requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
